Which Types of Personal Data Do We Use?

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

After the time limit for keeping personal data is passed, the data is effectively deleted or anonymised, meaning that they can no longer be assigned or connected with you.
Notifying the Supervisory Authority about Personal Data Security Violation:
In case of a personal data security violation, Phoebus d.o.o. is required to alert the supervisory authority. This does not apply when there is probable cause that the rights and freedoms of an individual were not compromised due to the violation. Phoebus d.o.o. is required to notify the police or the appropriate prosecution office when there is suspicion of illegal activity. In case of a violation where an individual's rights and freedoms are put at great risk, the tenderer is required to immediately, or as soon as possible, notify the individuals to whom the risk is referring. The notification to the individual must be delivered using understandable and clear language.
